Pets - We welcome all pets with the below requirements
Non-Refundable Pet Deposit - $250 per pet
Pet Rent - $35/month per pet under 40lbs
$45/month per pet over 45lbs

Security Deposit is same as 1 month rent
Income must be 3x the rent
Each Adult 18+ is required to fill out an application
Applications are good for all of our properties**
